I'm kinda glad you brought up the 12% figure though: yes, black people do commit over THREE TIMES more crime, it is fair to say, than whites. 

Must be all of that criminal black genetic material.  Can't be the music, because the primary consumer for that is the white demo.  

How come it's "white culture" in the dock over this BLM nonsense when, really, it should be targeting systemic criminality in the US black culture of America which results in them committing astronomically more crime (you know: murder, crystal meth dealing, heroin dealing, GBH, rape, theft - crime bad to the extreme so gotta go to prison) which is a TRUE cancer to society, instead of a fictional BLM handwringing emotional violin playing retard fest.

Perhaps you should ask yourself why you feel that white culture™ is over any dock - because police brutality isn't any white culture™ of mine.  Keeping cops on a leash, however, is.  Downright american, if you ask me.

I'll let you discuss the merits of specifically targeting black culture™ with someone else.  Nothing you mentioned seems particularly black, but I guess that's just another one of those knots best left untied.
