What I figured... Eleven likes to quote statistics - that somebody told him about. He never looked at the numbers himself.....
Here's a quick breakdown per year . (2005)

Violent crime against blacks 800,000
Total homicides 8000.
80 percent of the perps were black.

Compare that against how many unarmed black men were shot by cops.
