Again, is this a rhetorical question? Congress has alredy tired to remove him from office (and most probably some lawsuits would have followed), but failed to do so. Unfortunately Trump has surrounded himself with people who are loyal to him, not to their country. Unfortunately he has put many of them in positions to support him and avoid him being persecuted for his crimes.

*Other than having no records of Kashoggi leaving the embassy. That in itself is not evidence for the guilt of a Saudi prince. I dont know what your standards of evidence are, but mine werent met at that time. When details came out about how he was tortured, killed and dismembered, that was the point for me to have sufficient evidence
