And why didn't Obama, Clinton, Carter, Johnson and Kennedy do something about getting it changed?

I assume you're not an American and you just don't understand that getting an amendment ratified to our federal constitution is not something that can be done by executive order. It's a very difficult process and, in this case, it's just not going to happen with one of our two political parties benefiting from it.

And in case you never read a ballot before there are more than 2 parties in this country.

But you and "those other guys" do every crooked trick in the book to keep other parties from gaining power.
