He'll go to a rally towards the end of the week having ignored all doctors orders, and he will have a massive health emergency brought on by his severe dose of Covid collapse on stage and will have to be rushed to ICU.

I'd like to say that he'll wake up from his coma just in time to see President Biden's inauguration and the shock of hearing that he's the first contestant to suffer a 538-0 loss in the election would give him a heart attack so massive that he dies, but I'm a bit realistic.
