I certainly don't blame Trump for COVID but I do blame his lying about it and downplaying it against all the medical and scientific advice available to him.
If he had simply followed, and urged others to follow, the CDC recommendations we probably wouldn't be in the mess we are in. Is that a fact...no. But it seemed to work pretty well in several other areas of the world.
You are assuming that Hillary is incapable of ignoring advice and doing things "her way".
