I think this is a maneuver from him to escape the disastrous debate with Biden.
Also, I think he might use this act to advertise for one of his favorite "cures" for the disease; i.e if a drug was used by the president of the U.S; the whole world will buy it, thus Trump will make a fortune; best advertisement ever, also it can enhance his position in the elections.

hydroxychloroquine was his over the counter cure. they dosed him with a new drug.. one he promises to make avaible to everyone for free.
his debate with biden is being canceled because the people who put on the debate want joe to have access to off screen teleprompters and coaches so they demanded that they teleconference the town hall meeting. trump insisted if joe can not meet him face to face as scheduled in miami he is not interested in allowing the dims to control and measure his responses.
trump is in a better position because his vice president did not freeze up in the debate and trump himself is not suffering from alzheimer's/dementia. which puts harris in the big seat, to which she could not even hold her own against mike pence. the majority of the country knows what the dims are now. hard left marxists who are using puppets like biden as a face to get into the white house. the majority in this country do not want to serve under marxist rule.
