I did go to the grocery store last week (first in months) and everyone was masked, although I did see a nose family. The whole family, including the kids, had their noses out.
Yes it is a risk, and I cannot tell you how to react. I don't blame you. I usually don't say anything if there is enough distance. But if someone gets too close to me, getting the virus and dying would be painful like being beat up or shot. Dead is dead in either case.
Most of the time when I suddenly dodge someone being an idiot, they simply think I am a coward. I could care less. If it gets the asshole to back off, let them think that.
