I’m legitimately confused as to how you got that number.
From the deep well of his fear of others. The notion that, as a way of denying him his rights.. anti gun folks would tack exorbitant fees to any purchase.
Not that this would matter, since the constitution doesn't garantee any right to a cheap pistol.
