I don't tell everyone I'm an "Atheist". I don't got round seeking people out for such things, either.
I tell the people that ask me that I'm a "Nontheist".

You didn't answer the question either.
It's immoral to counterfeit without permission but if life is subjective like you say then you don't need permission to do anything and there is no right or wrong.
You can tell everybody you're an atheist or a klingon because there's no such thing as a lie but it's fiction because there is.
