I last saw him on ST Voyager.
It was actually a Tweet from a Voyager actor that I read the news on.
He played a Vulcan admiral in The Next Generation episode, "Conspiracy" first.
He was best known for his role as Monolito Montoya in the 1960s Western show, "The High Chaparral." He was a naturally-funny, high-charisma kind of guy - the kind of person people at a bar would gravitate to. I liked him in his mentor role as Chakotay's father in Voyager.
