Its basically an admission that he is a pervert, obsessed with makeup. Thats why he, when backed up into a corner (again), had nothing but to resort to absurd bullshit like what he just said about "the west".
If its only "westerners", why is there stuff like the Al Amal-Hospital in Jeddah? Oh, i know......"westerners" *seduced* arabs into taking drugs, must be that way....or something like that, right?
If its only "westerners", why was a young man of Ha´il in 2009 first beheaded, then his dead body crucified
for having molested several children? I guess its all the "westerners" fault, right? 
Child trafficking from Jemen to SA also is not-a-thing, right? Its all the "westerners" and wahabists, but "no true Muslim" would ever...right?
