Saudis don't much faith in Allah: security to improve in Mecca

Praying to Allah not enough apparently. People don't have enough faith that Allah will protect them during pilgrimage, so they must rely on human ingenuity. Humans do more to protect themselves than Allah ever will.
More security cameras will be installed in the al-Haram complex and people will be give "electronic bracelets" to wear.

Since one of the best things that can happen to a muslim is to die on a pilgrimage why do they want security? It sounds like they don't really believe their fairy tale.
