My sincerest apologies, the phrase I used is a relatively common joke (actually more of a humorous rejoinder) in this part of the world. I realise I have aomething of a track record in this area but this time I meant no offence. In hindsight I should have used an appropriate emoticon and will try to remember to do as much in the future.
