The Islamic prophet's foreknowledge of the Terfeziaceae's health benefits

Hi there,
I just came across an authentic, and an unbelievably accurate saying of the prophet PBUH, reported in both Al-Bukhari and Muslim, the two most authoritative collections of authentic hadiths;
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "Truffle (edible fungus) is a species of Al-Manna and their water cures eye diseases."
https://sunnah.com/riyadussalihin:1868
Scientific literature on the potential antimicrobial benefits of the Terfeziaceae, or the desert truffles, goes back to only a few decades.
This recent study in 2016;
https://farmaciajournal.com/wp-content/u...98-301.pdf
shows the desert truffles can be used for the treatment of eye infections,
"the aqueous extract from T. claveryi possessed the antimicrobial properties against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Staphylococcus aureus, and consequently, their usage was suggested to treat eye infections caused by those three bacterial species" [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7301458/]
The prophet's foreknowledge in this particular saying is incontrovertible. Reported authentic hadiths like the one above are cumulative evidence of his message being divinely inspired.
