I believe that the word you’re searching for is prostitution.  Contracts and payment for sex.  This,  is gods advice...as you would have it, but I can’t imagine why this thread is about the virtue of prostitution according to Islam.

No, prostitution is paying money to have "sex" and end the deal.
Marriage is having a binding "contract" that allows men and women to:
1-Have sex
2-Be obligated to sponsor any children resulting (men handling the financial part)
3-Forcing males to take care of the woman and children financially.
4-Forcing both parties not to cheat on each other; and cheating does have a penalty stated in the contract. 

What's wrong again in giving a woman a "dowry", and sign a contract with her like civilized people to protect her and sponsor her and any children resulting from our sex?

Also, what's wrong again in her having a signed contract in her hand stating the rights and deeds she wants through our relationship?

So for whatever you enjoy from them, give them their due compensation as an obligation. And there is no blame upon you for what you mutually agree to beyond the obligation.
