The Official Gosh Darned Biden Thread

I turned on Fox News for a minute in the car, and they are saying the Biden will "own" the scenes of Afghanistan returning to Taliban rule, the mistreatment of women, and the refugees fleeing.

Of course, Biden is only continuing Trump's promise to remove troops, so I guess they hate Trump's policies too.  Oh wait, they loved Trump for not being a war monger.  Now they hate Biden for the same.

Actually, I agree with the criticism.  Afghanistan will fall to Taliban rule within 2 years, IMO.  There is no way the Afghans can hold out against well-funded and religiously-motivated fighters from Pakistan.  Pakistan wants the Taliban to win.  When it happens, the right-wing will have a field-day, as well as amnesia about their god Trump.

This was always going to be the end result of the US invasion of Afghanistan, US pull out and Taliban taking over again. The only solutions were forever war or genocide.

Shrub should have taken the Taliban's deal to wrap bin Laden in a bow tie and deposit him in Ankara. But he wanted any excuse hor his Iraq war.

So Biden "failed" his goal to have 70% of people vaccinated. But the problem is that people don't want to get vaccinated and those are of course Trump-republicans. (Lots of blue states are over 70% vaccinated).

Why can't Tucker Carlson or Mike Pence (who have been both vaccinated) urge people to get the shots? Because they want to see Biden fail. Just like they don't care about bridges and roads crumbling, they care about Biden not pulling his infrastructure plan so he can fail. They would rather risk their own lives, and the lives of their children and everyone else on the planet just to "own the libs".

All those pro-Trumpists are like Hitler in the bunker, ready to burn everything down if they can't have it their way.

Plus it also helps their other goal, reducing the poor to suchan abject state that they can be reenslaved/reenserfed.
