There are two places in my country that do make 100% whole wheat bread without sugar but circumstances made them unavailable to me again. Fortunately my mom knows how to make bread. Shame though. Would've been nice to buy bread again instead of making it from scratch.

I have struggled for months to gain back up to 115 lbs after dropping to 106 last year...we still don't know exactly why my weight plummeted and my health went sideways. I'm still underweight. I could eat sugar straight out of the container and not gain weight...I've done everything short of exactly that for months.
