Plenty of blame to go round for this mess:

Bush - started it, allowed mission creep.

Obama - the smartest one of the bunch, and should have known better.

Trump - cozied up to the Taliban, set this whole fiasco in motion.

Biden - did the withdrawal exactly backwards (evacuate civilians first, THEN remove the troops).

So you are telling me Biden followed Trump's plan exactly as Trump would have?

No, he did it better than Trump would have.

 But when it comes to everything else from the Keystone XL pipeline to border policies he can abandon what Trump started or put in place.

The Keystone Pipeline was Biden and it was a good move and Trump's Border policies caused the current crisis.

If Bush hadn’t allowed mission creep and diverted resources to open a second war, this withdrawal would have happened differently. If Obama had forced a stable government (tough, but not impossible), this withdrawal would have happened differently. If Trump hadn’t treated Afghanistan the way he treated Syria, this withdrawal would have happened differently. If Biden had begun evacuating refugees BEFORE drawing down troops, this withdrawal would have happened differently.
