On one of my rp forums, there's a topic right now, "Do you believe in ghosts?" One gal gave a huge list of experiences she's had, most of them vague or "I can't talk about that/I'm going to keep this private for reasons". Then she ends her post with this
"When people say they don't believe in ghosts, I feel a bit bad they never experienced anything that would make them believe. I don't mean religiously, but just knowing something is out there can be eye opening."
I feel bad for people who say they believe in ghosts based on experiences they've had because their standard for being convinced of something is so low and it can be harmful for them to go through life like that.
