Yes, it is unethical/immoral behavior, but that doesn't mean it isn't part of God's Plan. The hacking itself, is God's Will, but your response to the hacking, could vary. You are free to take care of the hackers however you see fit. In this scenario. God is not demanding that the hackers be successful.
