The thing that I have noticed with judaism, christianity, islam is that they have a “We Are Right” attitude.
What I mean by that is that they are absolutely, ultra sure that they are right, that their way is the absolute truth. On top of that, they have a system kind of like a company has team leaders, then you have a leader over the team leaders, then you have VP over them and the top dude is the CEO.
The top guys in these religions have taken it upon themselves that they need to cleans society by burning or stoning certain members of society that don’t follow their rules.
They are absolutely sure that what they are doing is the right thing.

I guess you are talking about communism, more specifically the examples of communism are Soviet Russia (Stalin), China (Mao), North Korea.
Somehow, the people placed at the top were the wrong people. They turned out to be comfortable with violence and probably they have that “We Are Right” mentality.
A recent example is Donald Trump. It was the first time that I have watched so much a narcissist. It was lies upon lies. The first few days in office and he was giving executive order after executive order as if he alone is the ruler.
You have to be careful who you place in power.
You also need the ability to remove that person. A good example is Donald Trump. They could not remove him since I think you need 60% of the votes.
There is a certain person voted into office in Canada. He is from the Liberal party. He is being accused of sexual misconduct or is found guilty or something. Nobody can remove him.
