It is abundantly clear to me that all religions are man made. I think the only difference between religion and mythology is that religion is believed and practiced by live humans while a mythology use to be a religion. That’s a case of evolution of religion, survival of the best fit (cylinder fits into round hole, fitting into circumstances) religion.
4.9 billion y into the future.
The age of the Sun is 4.7 billion.
But it is still fun to talk about these religions.
For example, there doesn’t seem to be much detail about angels in the Bible but we still have to keep in mind that the jewish god made Adam first.
Is that just some accident? Did the genderless god just flip a coin and randomly chose to make a male first? Or maybe the jewish god is male and there are some female gods that the Bible doesn’t mention? Maybe the jewish god considers himself, the male, the superior gender.
If we are going to just claim for no reason that angels are genderless, then I could claim Adam and Eve aren’t humans. Perhaps they are hermaphrodites and something entirely new. They weren’t mammals, they weren’t fish, not birds, not reptiles, ...
I know that. I was talking about how much time our sun has left, and it seems to be an estimated 5.5 billion years until it runs out of fuel. But just like our planet has had 5 mass extinction events so far, it will have a few more before all life dies in that future time period. It is highly unlikely humans will exist that far out.
I think if you want to escape a supernova, it is possible but it requires a lot of planning.
Some people suggest putting people in hybernation and in a space ship and sending them to another solar system.
I would suggest robotics. There is no need to send any cells or DNA or anything biological.
Send a laboratory spaceship that just has AI and lots of data about all human achievements.
The job of this AI is to locate a suitable planet, land on it, and build cells, build various plants and animals and release them in nature.
If the spaceship gets lucky, it will find a planet with already existing lifeforms, plants and animals. It just needs to build some humans, teach them about science, etc.
Perhaps future humans can release many such AI ships.
