Most people who get pregnant are women. I haven’t really met any trans men who say they would ever want to get pregnant. They’re a minority within a minority so I don’t really expect them to come up in day to day conversation.
But if they do, it’s not like I’m going to make a big deal out of it either.
Just don’t be a jerk and cut people enough slack that you can assume they aren’t trying to be jerks and we can get along.
