Well, I'm not sure what to tell you.  If you can't create a webpage the way you want to on your host, then I suppose you need a new host.  When I was managing web pages, I didn't have any problems like that so there are places you can go.  I doubt fixing your page would require anything special anyway.  Your problems are pretty basic.  Bottom line, it makes my eyes bleed.  I wouldn't have spent more than 10 seconds there except that I wanted to provide you some feedback.

This comic strip is spoofing literary wonks, but it doesn't really address what I'm telling you.  Yes, there is a vast amount of differing opinions on writing quality, but yours is quite objectionable in English at least.  Maybe it reads better in your own language.  Show this to anyone in a journalism or literary position and they will tell you the same thing, I'm sure.  Or just ignore me and leave it like it is; I really don't care.  I just offered you some free advice; feel free to ignore it if you like.
