Apart from throwing rocks at Protestants, which I regarded as more of a social justice thing  than a hobby, I collected old Empire coins in a rather desultory way and made penny whistles.

I briefly got into building model airplanes. The kind you buy at the toy store. I once assembled and painted an F14 Tomcat, only to be told they were never painted camouflage.

Weren't the ones sold to Iran given a 'Desert' paint job?

Or am I just remembering pictures of them mouldering away in neglect?
