My bet is the murder charges won't stick, unfortunately. But at a minimum he should get felony's on the possession and illegal transport charges. That might stick. It would also prevent him from ever owning a firearm for the rest of his life.
Did he really transport it across state lines? I know the original narrative is that his mother supplied the weapon and he took it to Wisconsin, but I thought it was established that he actually got it from a friend (Dominick Black) in Kenosha.
