Going after your gun is as good as having a gun. At that point, you have to assume it's kill or be killed. You have a legal right to defend yourself and neutralize the threat, which is why Kyle was found not guilty. Quit with the buzzwords like "unarmed". If you're going for someone's gun, you're a second away from being armed and you know it. Quit it.
