Nope, Kyle has armed his opponent wasn't. provoke people with a gun bad stuff happens and no blame Shittenhouses stupid decisions, not the law . The law didn't compel him to be stupid. Kyle is a murderer and a moron plain and simple and he should be in jail.
No one would have grabbed the gun had he not been there
No one would have hit him had he not been there
No one would have pointed a gun at him had he not been there
No law compelled him to be there
No law compelled him to join a militia
No law compelled him to bring a gun
No law compelled him to go into a crowd with that gun
The law did make him do any of this. He did

Apparently the first guy Rittenhouse shot told Kyle he wanted to get him alone and he was telling Kyle to kill him, and using the N word. He was clearly off his rocker, and in hindsight we see that he had severe mental health issues and had just gotten out of a mental health facility. I think it is fair that Kyle assumed what he assumed. Of course, it was Kyle's fault for getting away from his group which made him more vulnerable. The second guy shot attacked Kyle with a weapon, and the third guy shot took his gun out and was about to use it on Kyle. What Kyle did was reasonable given the circumstances. You don't have to let someone disarm you and possibly kill you. If you're against open carry, then fair enough, but you'll need to take that up with the law and not Kyle. Kyle probably shouldn't have been there, but let's not mix up morality with legality in this case. Kyle was justified under the law
