I don't agree with Vaush's argument, comparing censorship rules to murder laws.

He was comparing TOS rules to Murder laws because it's the same thing. Both are rules that are good even if they aren't always enforced correctly, And clear examples of the kind of places sites become without them.

 I just really find it funny how you've called Vaush one of your favorite content creators, and now you cheer on his banning and have a problem with someone defending Vaush, who did nothing wrong. 

He is. That doesn't mean that the company doesn't have the right to enforce its interpretation of TOS rules. My like of Vuash is irrelevant to that fact.

You're always on the side of the rich and powerful gatekeepers, even when it's your own favourite content creator getting the axe. You can't make this stuff up lol.

Nope, I simply acknowledge they have the right to interpret and enforce TOS. My fondness for Vuash doesn't change that fact.
