It boils down to maths and massaging the maths into human growth and movement.
So here in England we only have 2300M^2 per person which is roughly the same as india.
We can't afford anymore cramping in the lower class part of this land share so we need to somehow massage together with other nations to much over clumping considering there's roughly 80000M^2 per person globally.
