Then we can revise your earlier comments for accuracy. You do not actually believe that some god made literally everything to make you suffer. You acknowledge that this is not the case, and that you have no particular external cause for your suffering - you just feel like shit anyway, or..in spite of how pleasant and full of the potential for all the good stuff your life is in mere reality.
Alot of people are in that boat. I find it difficult to understand myself, but it's a thing. Do you feel improved?
