It's a testament to how much of a gobshite Graham Linehan has turned out to be that I can read those words and think only "good." It's honestly a bit tragic: he starts off creating three of the greatest sitcoms ever, but when he makes a tasteless episode of The IT Crowd, he doesn't just double down. In what may or may not be an attempt to educate himself, he listens to the wrong fucking people, and ends up sacrificing all the good will built up over a quarter century, alienating himself from many of the comedians who made their names working with him and even his wife, and I remember reading somewhere that he'd routinely spend 16 hours a day harassing trans folk on Twitter, so it basically took over all his waking hours. And I think I can say with zero fear of contradiction that Gobshite Glinner has nobody to blame for this but himself.
