Researchers have been studying the effects of various macronutrient altered diet patterns for years, which is no easy task considering the myriad of factors that can impact measurable health comes, so to call any one position on the subject “obvious nonsense” seems like some serious hand-waving on your part.

Have you watched the video? That was a response to somebody claiming coconuts are heathy for people with type-2-diabetes.

Oh, well, that's different.  sigh

A simple Google search will tell you that coconuts are fine for people with type 2 diabetes with certain limitations.

Can't wait for the next nonsensical video.
