How do I ask YouTube that? If you know how to do that, why don't you do that?
Just opened my video in Firefox on Android, it does have sound here. In what program did you open it? In case it is relevant, I have set the sound to be the lowest-quality (32 bits per second) MP3 audio within a MP4 container. And the video is formatted as H-some-numbers, the format I have never heard of but is the default format in Blender.
Lol, why should I do it? Whether or not you can post to YouTube isn’t high on my list of priorities.
I’m not interested enough in your video to change my settings.
