Honestly, if we're talking about British comedians Jehanne looks like, I'm leaning more towards Nigel Planer.
(fucking Man Who Never Was!)
That said, Nigel's not trans, and unlike a lot of British comedians, the only time I can remember his cross-dressing was in one episode of The Young Ones when he spent half the episode in a dress, but in that case, that was just because his bedroom was boarded up while he was taking a bath and had to take a dress from Rick's room. And if it makes any more sense in context, it's only because the series is so bizarre that that single episode alone includes things like a period pain relief commercial set in Hell, a South African vampire, a bomb attached to the doorbell, a scene on a 19th century convict ship, the entire cast going out of character to insult the guest star, and (depending on the print) two teddy bears having sex, and it's still one of the most normal episodes.
