Leaked Supreme Court Decision signals majority set to overturn Roe v. Wade

If Alito's comments are in the final draft, it is open season on women and gays.  This is the religious Right's wet dream come true.

So, Alito's idea is that if a right existed in 1776, then it exists now.  If it didn't exist then, it can't exist now.  What a f'ing ass-hole.

In that case then abortion rights are explicitly enshrined in the law of the land. In 1776 no christian sect was against abortion, they simply weren't done (so often) because a safe technique hadn't been developed.
