The sad thing is you’re wrong. That said, the lives saved are very rarely the kind that benefits the world, because it turns out that, if abortion is murder, then maybe demanding that the person who tried to have someone else killed take care of them for 18+ years might lead to decades’ worth of resentment on both sides.

“B-but you could have saved the lives of the next Mozart or the guy who cured cancer!” Yeah, and more likely, he’s either going to grow up to be a mass murderer or just another expendable cog in the capitalist machine who may as well never have been born at all for how little he’s going to contribute to the world. And I know this because we know that the last two have actually happened.
