Which is a very good argument that the issue should have been allowed to resolve itself by democratic consensus in legilative bodies instead of being stalled by judicial fiat.

Nope the total opposite 

FYI a women's bodily autonomy is not up for a vote 

Should not be up for a vote. Unfortunately, the Republicans are doing their damnedest to make it so. Hell, they're doing their damnedest to put all the social progress made in the past century up to a vote.
