Trans females who didn't transition by the age of 12 are banned from female competitions. Cis men are also banned from female competitions. Non-binary people who are biologically male are also banned from competing in female sports. Non-binary people who are biologically female are allowed to compete in women's sports even though they are not women, because gender is really entirely irrelevant and it comes down to sex, unless one has transitioned by the age of 12. I believe FTM are allowed to compete in the men's category.
