Oh, we're so very concerned are we, about the afghan people? Not if those funds are released to terrorists or their sponsors. Minor, maybe problem, easily missed or overlooked..ofc.
Just to get in front of the inevitable next bit of bullshit, wherein "but america is the terrorist, read the transcripts!!!!" - aaaaand? Is it a bad thing for the afghan people to have to deal with terrorists or sponsors of terrorism flush with cash, whether we believe those terrorists or sponsors are the us, or the taliban?
Then, the next "he says she says terrorism, but isn't that their money and isn't it their decision as to how a country is run, doesn't america believe in self determination?". This objection only works if a person believes that terrorism, for example, is both necessary to and proper of self determination. The us doesn't believe that - very.....very few people anywhere do, other than a terrorist or their sympathizers.
Feel free to advance any of the other doomed objections I failed to list that you are compelled by whatever to share.
Terrorism lol? The Taliban are the legitimate government and should be treated as such, and whether we like their way of life or not, they are of no real threat to America or Europe, so I don't buy into your fear mongering. You stole Afghanistan's money. Now when they starve, the blood is on America's hands.
