There are many reasons why Islam is evily.

The word "evil" is meaningless outside of religious language. Since you purport to be an agnostic, you can't use this word without contradicting yourself. 

And there you go, your entire worldview has just been toppled.

That's not actually the case. Philosophy differentiates 'moral' and 'natural' evil. The former comes about as the action of a moral agent (murder, for example), while the latter is evil without a causative moral agent (such as when a mudslide buries a village). Neither of these require religious language.
