Not sure but I think that Muhammad once wrote that he believed that his heart was where semen came from.


Also, according to verse 3:54 of the Quran allah is admittedly a deceiver:

ومكروا ومكر الله والله خير الماكرين

"And they cheated/deceived and god cheated/deceived, and god (is) the best (of) the cheaters/deceivers."

So how do Muslims know that they are not the ones being deceived by their god?
