If you want to refer to a "woman" as being only a biological woman, I am completely okay with that. I do not consider myself to be a "woman" but a transgender female. For those who've undergone sexual reassignment surgery I would consider to be transsexual females. Men who present themselves as being male in appearance most of the time but wear "women's clothing" for fun, entertainment, sexual gratification, skirt fetishist or whatever reason, would be known as "crossdressers", which should not be viewed as being derogatory, unless such involves criminal or unethical behavior. Another category would be "gender expression" for biological men who simply wish to express outward femininity, either some, most or (in my case) all of the time. Ditto for transgender and transsexual males.
