OK, I'll keep this simple.
- Protein goes in the cake hole.
- Unless you are very sick, protein doesn't come back out any of the holes. Protein in pee BAD!
- Your body doesn't simply store it all or you'd be a hulking slab of beef by age 5. And very unpleasantly dead.
- So if it goes in but doesn't come back out and it doesn't get stored, then... (work with me here Flat)
