I think eating a lot of sesame seeds is bad for heart health because of all that methionine in them increasing LDL cholesterol.
Sesame seeds need to be ground up in order to be fully digested, so whole seeds would be an inconsequential risk even if you were eating a sesame-containing product daily.
Tahini (essentially a sesame version of peanut butter) and sesame oil (used in small quantities in Chinese cooking) would be slightly richer in methionine, but I would never eliminate them from my diet because they're delicious.
