One can wonder.  For instance, one of my kids is convinced that if they possessed a penis, people would take them seriously and not argue with them.  Imagine, if you can, how a loving parent would feel explaining that even this far off hope was misinformed.  That for all of the reasons a reassignment surgery might make someone happy, this isn't one of them, because it's a non thing.  Instead, it's premised on a toxic social hegemony that would exclude someone precisely -for- seeking the supposed benefit.

Misery created by misery, seeking to remedy itself through yet more misery - and all of it, as "non existent", apparently, as the gender that creates it.  Chefs kiss.  I can't help but wonder, if the nutballs hadn't turned it into such a thing in service of their christo-fascist insurgency, if the thought would have ever crossed my kids mind.  Fucking groomers.
