You might want to take another look at the legal analysis there. The reason gutting roe was such a big deal is that it is exactly the example you were looking for. Where scotus rescinded a right taken to be afforded by the constitution as a reacharound to the domininionists who want to set up a theocracy in their states. It was such an aggressive move, that the clerics had to leak their own shit to keep the institutionalists from backing out. The plan was to boil the frog, not shoot it in the fucking face, lol.
