You can perhaps say that about heart health. Maybe saturated fat aren't a problem if you get enough Vitamin K from the greens, as Vitamin K decreases the likelihood of cholesterol being calcified. I don't think that's supported by evidence, as there seems to be a limit above which Vitamin K has no effect, and people taking that much Vitamin K still get atherosclerosis, but at least you don't sound crazy for saying that.
But saying that about colon cancer... Which mechanism are you proposing? What from the greens can offset the effect of heme iron?
