Maybe saturated fat aren't a problem if you get enough Vitamin K from the greens, as Vitamin K decreases the likelihood of cholesterol being calcified. I don't think that's supported by evidence, as there seems to be a limit above which Vitamin K has no effect, and people taking that much Vitamin K still get atherosclerosis, but at least you don't sound crazy for saying that.
But saying that about colon cancer... Which mechanism are you proposing? What from the greens can offset the effect of heme iron?
Simple, the mechanism by which you'll run with any old thing I propose no matter how absurd it is.
I don't understand what you mean.
You said that you can mitigate the diseases caused by meat simply by eating enough vegetables with the meat. I said that this is perhaps true for heart disease (Vitamin K making saturated fat less dangerous), but that I fail to see how it could be true for colon cancer caused by heme iron. What from vegetables can possibly counter the effect of heme iron?
